Mystique Nature Tours’ Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected changes to plans can occur. To maintain a fair and efficient system for all our guests and to optimize resource management, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours
Any reservation canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.
Submitting cancellation requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, either via email or through our official cancellation form. A cancellation is only deemed valid once you receive confirmation from our team.
Scope of the policy
This cancellation policy applies to all services offered by Mike Nature Tours, including transportation to and from the Manuel Antonio and Quepos areas, as well as certified guide services.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice
If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service, no penalty will apply, and a full refund of the booking amount will be issued.
Refunds
Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for refunds.
Reservation modifications
Any changes to your reservation—such as adjusting dates or reducing the number of participants—may also be subject to this cancellation policy.
We strongly encourage travelers to carefully review their plans and notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or modify their reservations. By adhering to this policy, we can ensure the availability of our services and deliver an exceptional experience for all our guests.
